The service

ZOBRINO provides general-purpose telephone interpretation using artificial intelligence. The system may make mistakes and depends on telephone networks, cloud services, and external providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or error-free operation.

Account and identity

You must provide a phone number you control and keep your account and device secure. We may require a verification code to create an account, sign in, recover access, or confirm sensitive actions. Never share OTP codes.

Regular subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
• Each Regular package lasts exactly 30 days.
• Unused Regular minutes do not roll over into a new period.
• Renewal replaces the previous period's Regular minutes with the full block for the renewed plan.
• Prices, taxes, and totals are displayed before payment confirmation.

Reserve

Reserve is a one-time purchase of 20 minutes for $10. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Regular minutes are consumed before Reserve. Reserve alone does not replace the requirement for an active subscription to access the service.

Cancellation

You may cancel the next renewal through the website. Except when a purchase is refund-eligible under the section below, cancellation does not remove current minutes or restart or extend their expiration.

Refunds

• A purchase may be eligible only when consumption attributable to that purchase is exactly 0 seconds and no more than 144 hours have elapsed since payment confirmation.
• Any consumption above 0 seconds eliminates eligibility.
• After 144 hours, there is no eligibility even if consumption is 0 seconds.
• The MVP permits full refunds only, not partial refunds.
• If one purchase contains Regular and Reserve, both components are reviewed together.
• Every refund requires Customer Support review and intervention. During the MVP, Support reviews the case and, when eligible under these rules, escalates it to ZOBRINO's CEO, who manually processes the refund in Stripe. Customers cannot execute a refund directly through Stripe.
• Eligible minutes may be temporarily locked during review and are removed permanently only after valid Stripe confirmation.

Acceptable use

Do not use ZOBRINO for fraud, abuse, harassment, unlawful conduct, system interference, impersonation, or unauthorized access. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, vendors, or the service.

Emergencies and professional decisions

ZOBRINO is not a substitute for 911 or other official emergency services and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. It should not be used as the sole interpreter for medical diagnosis, treatment, or consent; court proceedings, statements, depositions, or immigration interviews; law-enforcement matters; notarized acts; official government proceedings; or settings where an institution or law requires a qualified, authorized, or certified interpreter. Requirements vary by institution and jurisdiction.

Limitations and changes

To the extent permitted by law, ZOBRINO is not responsible for indirect harm or disruptions caused by networks, vendors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date of the current version.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: ZOBRINO SMS Messaging Program. The program may include operational account and service messages and, only with separate express consent, recurring promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, free-trial access, or use of the service.

For help, reply HELP or email support@zobrino.com. To opt out, reply STOP. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
