Promotional messages

Offers and promotions require separate, express, voluntary authorization. The promotional checkbox will not be preselected, and accepting promotions is not a condition of purchasing or using the service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on account usage, calls, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.

Opt out and get help

We process opt-out requests under applicable rules. If you stop operational messages, features that depend on SMS, such as code verification, may become unavailable.

Mobile privacy

We do not share, sell, or transfer mobile numbers, opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Number changes

Tell us if you no longer control the phone number associated with your account. Do not register a number you do not own or have authority to use.

Operational messages

• One-time verification codes (OTP) explicitly requested by the user.
• Account, purchase, subscription, minute-usage, security, service-status, free-trial follow-up, and customer-care notices after separate web opt-in.

Recurring operational SMS requires separate, explicit web-form consent. The operational checkbox is optional, is not preselected, and is not required to create an account, make a purchase, start a free trial, or use the service. Requesting a one-time verification code authorizes only the requested verification message and does not enroll the user in promotional SMS.

Website opt-in flow

The public pre-launch consent flow is available at zobrino.com/en/sms-opt-in. An end user enters a mobile phone number and may independently select operational SMS consent, promotional SMS consent, both, or neither. Neither checkbox is preselected. The user may continue without selecting either checkbox. The form displays message types, variable frequency, the “message and data rates may apply” disclosure, STOP and HELP instructions, Privacy Policy and Terms links, and the carrier-delivery disclaimer. ZOBRINO does not use an unconsented SMS message to solicit opt-in.

This page is currently pre-launch evidence only. It does not record consent or send SMS. Durable consent recording must be enabled before campaign messaging begins.

Free trial and SMS consent

Calling Zobrino or starting a free trial by phone does not constitute SMS opt-in. ZOBRINO may use the originating number internally to administer and protect the trial, but no trial follow-up SMS will be sent unless the user separately provides explicit SMS consent through the applicable web opt-in flow. Free-trial access does not require SMS consent.

Recurring-message opt-in confirmations

After explicit operational SMS opt-in, ZOBRINO may send: ZOBRINO: You are enrolled in Zobrino operational SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

After separate express promotional SMS opt-in, ZOBRINO may send: ZOBRINO: You are enrolled to receive Zobrino offers and promotions by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
