Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. ZOBRINO should not store your full card number or security code. Stripe may collect and process information under its own policies.

How we use information

• Create and protect your account.
• Verify your phone and authorize access.
• Process purchases, manage subscriptions, and maintain accurate balances.
• Provide the service, record usage, and send operational notices.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
• Verify, moderate, and, when authorized, publish reviews using the customer's first name and last initial.
• Send promotions only with separate, valid consent.

Mobile information

Text-messaging consent is not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with vendors acting for ZOBRINO solely to operate the service, prevent fraud, comply with law, or provide support.

Service providers

We may use vendors for hosting, telephony, messaging, payments, security, support, and storage. They receive only information reasonably needed to perform their services and remain subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Cookies and sessions

We use necessary cookies to maintain a secure session, remember preferences, and protect accounts. A session may continue after the browser closes, but it may expire or require reverification for security. We do not retain OTP codes as permanent credentials.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain financial records, verify reviews, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law. ZOBRINO retains operational call data such as date, duration, usage, balance, and status. Audio is processed by technology providers to deliver interpretation. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal duties and records we must retain.
• You may withdraw promotional SMS consent by replying STOP.
• You may log out to invalidate device access.

Children

ZOBRINO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
